I can send copies of the book overseas (using DHL courier service). These are the prices for one copy of the book for various regions:

Europe & Middle East – EUR150
USA, Canada, Mexico – USD165
Rest of the World – USD190
Sub Saharan Africa – USD135

Within South Africa I am using PostNet. The price for the book is ZAR1,400.

These prices include shipping via courier, packaging, and handling. Unfortunately the South African postal service is no longer an option, as it is very unreliable.
