Zulu Kids

Today I came across this picture I took at one of the local schools when I visited there with Thanda Safari guests.

These youngsters, as most Zulu children and also most adults, love to pose for a camera!

I am working on a series of blogs about the Zulu community, Zulu culture and Zulu people.  Stay tuned …

Enjoy your week!

  1. Thanks Christian Hope you are well. Your photos are inspiring. I took the plunge maybe partially inspired by you and our Thanda holiday a few years ago. I bought a Fuji XT2 mirrorless with a 50 to 200 mm Fujinon 3.5 to 4.8 well as a 18 to 135 mm f3.5 to 5.7. Also a 50 mm prime as well as a 23 mm prime . All I need is another trip to Thanda as well as a few lessons from an expert line yourself . All the best Hennie

  2. Having seen photographs of children from around the world one thing seems to be true, kids are pretty much the same, no matter what part of the world they are in. Their clothes are different, their languages are different but, their smiles, their willingness to play and learn are the same . Just give them a ball and watch.
